Automatic Security Gates
Gates.
Specialising in reliable, heavy-duty security gate systems across Sydney since 1992, we have a large range of Automatic Security Gate systems to suit most sites.
Mechanism 01
Automatic Sliding Gates.
Our heavy duty security sliding gate systems are custome manufactured for your site. These are the workhorse for wide commercial driveways. No swing arc to keep clear, no overhead requirement and a single motor stationed inside the post.
- Span
- 2 – 12 m clear opening
- Drive
- GDS, ICA2000, ARBTB
- Best for
- High-traffic commercial driveways
Mechanism 02
Automatic Swinging Gates.
Single or twin-leaf gates hinged on either side of the opening, swinging in or out. Best where the opening is narrower, the approach is level and a clean architectural look matters more than absolute throughput.
- Span
- 1.2 – 6 m per leaf
- Drive
- BFT, CAME, FAAC, NICE
- Best for
- Estates, low-volume driveways, pedestrian
Mechanism 03
Automatic Telescopic Gates.
The best solution for a site with restricted side room, the telescopic pulley system lets multiple gate leaves slide back and stack in front of each other, so the gate needs only a fraction of the run-back space of a single sliding panel.
- Span
- Wide openings · 2 – 3 leaves
- Drive
- GDS, ICA2000, ARBTB
- Best for
- Wide openings with restricted side room
Mechanism 04
Automatic Cantilever Gates.
A sliding gate with no ground track, the panel is cantilevered from rollers on one side and suspended clear of the driveway. The right call for uneven or debris-prone ground, foul weather and high-security sites where a ground rail would jam.
- Span
- Up to 9 m single · 18 m double
- Drive
- GDS, ICA2000, ARBTB
- Best for
- Uneven ground, debris, high security
Mechanism 05
Automatic Bi-Fold Gates.
Each leaf is split into two panels hinged together, so the gate folds back on itself like a concertina as it opens. The fast, space-saving choice where there is little run-back room beside the opening but you still need quick, high-cycle access.
- Span
- 3 – 8 m opening
- Drive
- FAAC, BFT, CAME bi-fold operators
- Best for
- Fast access with limited side room
Mechanism 06
Automatic In-Ground Swinging Gates.
Swing gates driven by an operator buried underground at the hinge, so there is no visible arm or box beside the gate. The premium, architectural choice for heritage and high-end entries where a clean look matters and the hardware should stay out of sight.
- Span
- 1.2 – 6 m per leaf
- Drive
- FAAC, BFT, CAME underground operators
- Best for
- Architectural, heritage and concealed-hardware entries
Mechanism 07
Automatic Boom Gates.
A weighted arm pivoting up and down from a single post. Boom gates move fast and shrug off the relentless duty of a busy car park or loading dock.
- Span
- 3 – 8 m arm length
- Drive
- CAME, FAAC, Magic Button
- Best for
- Car parks, logistics yards, fleet depots
Mechanism 08
Automatic Cable Gates.
A tensioned cable strung between posts, raised and lowered by a motor. The right call for long spans, low traffic and perimeter control where a full gate would be overbuilt and a boom would be too short.
- Span
- 6 – 20 m clear span
- Drive
- Magic Button, Centurion
- Best for
- Wide low-traffic perimeters
Mechanism 09
Automatic Bollards.
Automatic rising bollards that drop flush into the ground to let a vehicle through, then rise again to lock the line. The discreet choice for shared zones, loading docks and pedestrian plazas where a swinging or sliding gate has nowhere to live.
- Span
- 600 – 900 mm rise
- Drive
- FAAC, CAME, BFT
- Best for
- Shared driveways, plazas, controlled access
Mechanism 10
Pedestrian Access Gates.
Single-leaf pedestrian gates for controlled foot traffic alongside a driveway or at a standalone entry. Pair them with intercoms, keypads, card readers or electric strikes so visitors are managed separately from vehicles.
- Span
- 0.9 – 1.5 m leaf
- Drive
- Electric strike, mag-lock, swing operator
- Best for
- Foot traffic, intercom & access control
